Manly Vale

Manly Vale is to the north of Balgowlah situated on either side of Condamine
Street. From the heights of Balgowlah the road dips down and then rises again as
you head up to Manly North and Brookvale. It is from this valley or “vale” that
the suburb takes its name.

Today it is an area with many large warehouse or superstores that can be great
for making larger purchases. Yet if you step back a little from the main road
you will still discover many of the interesting well kept homes.

The architectural styles cover weatherboard cottages, to
federation and through to Art Deco.

The area also has two golf corses adjoining Manly lagoon.
